Orders & payment
How do I place an order?

Add items to your cart, click the cart icon in the top-right, and follow the checkout steps. You can check out as a guest or sign in to your PlayWorldwide account.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Contact us at help@playworldwide.com within 1 hour of placing your order and we will do our best to make changes before it ships. Once an order is dispatched we are unable to modify it.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Shipping & delivery
How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Expedited is 2-3 business days, and Express is next business day if you order by noon PT. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes - we ship to 80+ countries. International transit time is 7-21 business days depending on destination. Customs duties may apply and are the customer's responsibility.
How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order ships. You can also view tracking in your PlayWorldwide account under Orders.
Do you offer free shipping?

Yes - standard shipping is free on all US orders over $35.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days. Opened items can be returned within 14 days with original receipt. See our Refund Policy for the full process.
How do I start a return?

Email help@playworldwide.com with your order number and reason for return. We will email you a prepaid return label.
When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving your return. The funds typically appear on your statement within 3-5 business days after that.
Pre-orders & releases
How do pre-orders work?

The full amount is charged when you place a pre-order. We dispatch pre-orders so they arrive on or near the official release date.
Can I cancel a pre-order?

Yes - you can cancel any pre-order before it ships for a full refund. Just email help@playworldwide.com with your order number.
Will my pre-order arrive on release day?

We do our best, but exact delivery on release day depends on your location and carrier. International orders typically arrive 1-2 weeks after release.
Account & tech
Do I need an account to shop?

No - you can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders, save wishlists, and check out faster on future purchases.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click Sign In, then click Forgot password. Enter your email and we will send a reset link.
Are pre-owned games tested?

Yes - every pre-owned title is cleaned, tested, and warrantied for 30 days from purchase.
